Stevenage Locomotive Society
The HST, over forty years old and still going strong, albeit in shorter formations in some parts of the country, the saviour of Britain's railways when introduced, no words can describe this iconic train, which deserves its preservation alongside other (more famous?)trains and locomotives. John Zabernik gives a talk on the trials and tribulations of preserving this workhorse of InterCity travel.
